FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I book?
Bookings can be made online by completing the booking request form. We will confirm your request within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com or call us on 01485 570609. Office hours for bookings and enquiries via telephone are 9am - 8pm, 7 days a week.
How do I pay?
Payment accepted via PayPal, bank transfer or cheque. The PayPal link can be found under the Payment Options page on this website. If you would like to pay via bank transfer please ask for our account details. Cheques should be made payable to Cedar Springs. We do not accept card payments.
What deposit is required?
We require a £50 deposit per week/booking. The balance is payable one month before your stay.
When is your changeover day?
Our changeover day is Friday. Flexible changeover days may be possible out of season.
Please check with us and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.
What are the check in and departure times?
Self check in from 2.30pm on your arrival day. Departure time is 9.30am.
Do you provide bed linen and towels?
Bed linen and towels are provided.
One bath sheet and one hand towel per person.
Do the lodges have WiFi?
There is free WiFi in all properties.
Please note that due to our location and the number of trees surrounding the lodges the signal may be variable.
Is there a hairdryer and an iron supplied in the lodge?
A hairdryer and an iron are provided in all lodges.
Where do I park?
There are allocated, signed parking spaces outside each property.
Do you accept pets?
We have a strict no pets policy in all of our properties and on the park.
Registered assistance dogs are permitted.
Do you have highchairs and cots available to hire?
We have highchairs that are available to hire for £10 per week/booking.
Please confirm your request when booking as we have limited availability.
Unfortunately we do not offer cots to hire.
Where do I collect the key?
It is a self check in.
Details regarding key access to your accommodation will be provided prior to your arrival.
What is supplied in the lodge?
All cleaning products, washing up liquid, tea towels, one kitchen roll, one toilet roll, hand wash, tissues.
Is smoking permitted?
All our properties are non smoking.
Where is the nearest supermarket?
There is a Tesco Express on Lynn Road in the village and a Lidl on the outskirts of the village on the A149.
There is a larger Tesco and a Sainsbury's in Hunstanton, 3 miles away.
Do you allow BBQ's?
Unfortunately we do not allow BBQ's.
Do you accept single sex group bookings?
We do not allow young groups of all male/female. Cedar Springs is a very quiet chalet park. Our lodges are for couples and families only.
Do the lodges have hot tubs?
There are no hot tubs in any of our lodges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy can be found in the terms and conditions.
We highly recommend taking out travel insurance incase you need to cancel.

In light of the current ongoing situation with the new coronavirus COVID-19 if your booking is within the next 12 weeks and you need to cancel and are unable to claim via your travel insurance we are happy to defer your booking for 12 months from the date of the original booking.
Please be aware there may be a price difference dependent on dates and accommodation. Refunds of deposits or balances will not be made but bookings can be transferred to new dates subject to availability.
